I buy car from them, and the car it wasn’t as they told me. Should be with no problems. And I ask many times to do not spend my time and my money , but the car have serious problem . I got my money back what I pay for the car, but I was travel from London to Glasgow for the car2 times and some money I pay to mechanic to tray to fix the car, that money lost.. All because they didn’t ceck well the car before to sell to me , makes me loose around 1400£ plus around 40 hours on the road For me is not a good experience with them

I went through autotrader last week hoping for a silver megane , found 3 , all near glasgow area , viewed the 3 of them and settled on the lovely wee car from brownsburn garage , cracking condition ,nice and professional set up they have , drove away happy as, and no questions are too much for John , piece of mind is important , and brownsburn garage supplied it , try them for yourselves , thanks again John

I recently bought a car from Brownsburn garage. There was a particular model that I was interested in and they had it. The car is in such perfect condition and the checks they carried out beforehand was very reassuring. The service that I received from the sales staff was excellent! Really friendly and I was given the time to think about it, not feeling pressured at all, and always on hand to answer any questions I had, even after purchase. Highly recommend!

Whatever you do, don’t phone up to book an appointment to view a car especially if the owners wife’s driving it. As you make an appointment and they don’t keep it and then try to say you didn’t make an appointment. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Responded very quickly to my initial email query regarding the first vehicle I wanted to view. On attending we were made welcome. Although the 1st car we went to see did not work out due to thevsize not suiting my son, there was plenty of others to view and choose from, and we were able to test drive others, eventually finding a more suitable vehiclem it was prepared with a current MoT and uplifted at an arranged time and date that suited my son. Vehicle came with 6 month warranty and breakdown cover. The salesman was friendly, helpful and professional.

I was looking to replace my old car over the past few weeks and after 3 varied experiences with other car dealers , not all pleasant , I started looking at specific cars and specs via Autotrader and I am so glad I stumbled across Brownsburn Garage, they had in stock what I was looking for and the salesman could not have been more helpful, very knowledgeable and not in any way pushy, after sorting out finance for me in a couple of hours he had the car ready the very next day as promised, I also would add the the car was prepared to the highest standard and I couldn't have been happier, I would not hesitate to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality car from true professionals.

I am more than happy with the buying experience, but I am greater still impressed by their after-sales. The car developed a minor fault that was rectified immediately, including a very friendly service, hassle free repair, and the receptionist went above and beyond to take me to the train station in her personal car after I dropped mine off to be repaired. I will recommend to my friends and family.
